**1. Program name and description.** The Tallgrass Leasing LLC Account & Service Messaging program (“the Program”) sends account and customer-service text messages (SMS/MMS) from Tallgrass Leasing LLC to customers who have applied for or hold a lease-to-own agreement, and to authorized dealer staff. Messages include application status updates, requests for documents or information, payment and account reminders, and one-to-one replies to questions you send us. These are transactional/account messages; we do not send marketing texts through this Program.

**2. Consent.** By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our application form (or by agreeing when you activate a dealer portal account), you agree to receive recurring automated account and service text messages from Tallgrass Leasing LLC at the number provided. **Consent is not a condition of any purchase or lease.**

**3. Message frequency.** Message frequency varies based on the activity on your application or account.

**4. Message and data rates.** **Message and data rates may apply.** Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Tallgrass Leasing LLC is not responsible for any such charges.

**5. Opt out.** You can cancel at any time by texting **STOP** to any message from us. After you send **STOP**, we will send a one-time confirmation and then stop sending Program messages to that number. You may continue to receive non-Program communications (phone, email, mail) needed to service your account.

**6. Help.** For help, reply **HELP** to any message, or contact us at customers@tallgrassleasing.com or 855-827-2345. Support hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

**7. Supported carriers.** The Program is compatible with major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

**8. Privacy.** Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

**9. Eligibility.** You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and at least 18 years old.

**10. Changes.** We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date.
